90's Vintage Shell Button Dotted Dress
Vintage 90's button up midi dress. Features elbow length sleeves, a scoop neck and large shell buttons down the front. Sweet black and cream dotted print. In overall great condition with one pull on the right armhole (please see all photos.) Made in the USA for 'Carol Anderson California.' It feels like 100% Rayon but the fabric content tag is illegible. Note: Would also be so cute styled with a leather belt.
