Corner Bar Bud Vintage Jersey

Vintage 'Corner Bar Bud' kelly green contrast ringer jersey. The fabric is perforated like a high school gym pinny. The contrast collar is separating from the shirt in one spot. The shirt is thrashed with crackled lettering, light pulls, and what looks like a few spots of maroon paint splatter (please see all photos). The tag is completely washed out but you can just barely make out remnants of a 'Made in the U.S.A.' This was definitely one of Corner Bar Bud's favorites and I can understand why. Who is he??
