Please email all requests for returns to prior to shipping your return. Returns sent without prior request via email will not be accepted.

... within 14 days after you receive your shipment. Vintage is returnable as well, but must be post marked within 7 days after you receive your shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, exact condition you received it in, with tags attached. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return package, without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.

Apothecary, gift cards and sale items are non-returnable. 

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the package, but often sooner. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Customer is responsible for paying for all of your own shipping costs for returning your item to us or back to you (if your refund was denied). Original shipping costs are non-refundable -- if you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
