Vintage 90's Froufrou Dress

Fun 1990's vintage froufrou dress. Empire waist slim skirt meets flouncy layers of sheer chiffon. The skirt portion is a lightweight black rayon crepe, while the bodice feels like a satin polyester layered with a sheer chiffon polyester. The puff sleeves are just the sheer chiffon, as are the flower petal-like layers over the bodice. Pearl buttons down the back and at the cuffs; zipper at the back of the skirt portion. Flattering wide V neckline. All tags had been removed. Great condition with no snags, stains or tears. Really fun vintage statement piece.
