Y2K Tomato Red Scrunchie Midi Dress

Vintage early 2000's tomato red midi dress. The super stretchy fabric a nice weight and has a really cool scrunched chevron pattern to it. Straps sit off the shoulder. Fully lined. It's in great overall condition. Fabric has some very light fading throughout. Made by 'bebe' in the USA.
